The parks are accessible, but maybe not acceptable.
Homelessness is not acceptable
to sane and caring people. But some others who claim
to be speak for tourists, (really residents and business owners)
decry the presumed obstruction of shopping carts and tents.
This is from the same mental giants that outlawed tents at night
when no one is around and most people are are not in the park,
and made sleeping at night in the park illegal, when most people
are asleep. DUH.
Nestor Garcia has the gumption to stand alone and call spurious
legislation, designed to penalize and outlaw what homeless people
do and what they use, what it is.
His lesser colleagues have again shown there sly and crafty cowardice.
